Philadelphia is the birthplace of American democracy and one of the most visited cities in the United States. Locals refer to it as the city of neighbourhoods, where history and culture make up over 200 vibrant communities. But behind the active commercial corridors and colourful murals is a dark reality: Philadelphia also has some of the highest crime rates in the country. With the police under enormous scrutiny, how do we move forward? Just ask some of its residents.
